Components which we will consider for inclusion in our portfolio, and which we can just never get enough of comprise webthemes, logo's, backgrounds, blocks / frames, icons, menu's, buttons, typography, clipart, illustrations and banners - just familiarise yourself with our Design Guidelines alongside first, to ensure that your work will qualify for our site inclusion.
Also, please read the Authors' Agreement, which you will need to agree in entering into with ourselves, to verify your willingness of acceptance. (In this Agreement we also stipulate ways whereby you could earn a higher commission)

We welcome content contributions in the form of graphics and written articles, subject to our "Content Regulations". Contributors, who are referred to as authors, are required to be registered participants of this website, and to accept the terms of this Author's Agreement. Content uploaded and owned by the Author according to the
currently approved Commission Structure.
PayPal (www.paypal.com) is an account-based system that lets
anyone with an email address securely send and receive online
payments using their credit card or bank account.

Author's Identification
As an author of this website, you are required to submit a valid means of identification to this website during account creation. Acceptable means of identification are as follows:
Government Issued Travel Passport
Government Issued Identity Card
Government Issued Driver's License
Proof of Identification can be sent via uploading scanned pages of the Government Issued documents as per clause 2.2 above.
This website reserves the right to NOT:
Process payments of authors that are eligible until valid
identification is provided.
Start or Continue to Review and Approve contributions by the
author until valid identification is provided.
Disclosure of Identification
This website will not rent, sell, or share personal information
about you with other parties or non-affiliated companies.
This website reserves the right to disclose your personal
information if required to do so by law, or in good faith in the
belief that such action is reasonably necessary to comply with
legal processes, respond to claims, or protect the rights,
property or safety of our organization, employees, customers, or
the public.
Privacy and Security of Personal Information
This website will accept personal identification documents only by
secure upload process from within this website.
This website will take all necessary and reasonable security
measures and precautionary protocols to ensure that all authors'
documents pertaining to the verification of the identity of the
author, remains undisclosed from unauthorized third parties.
This website will not accept images with identifiable faces, nor
images of recognisable private properties
Right of Refusal of Author's Content
This website reserves the right to refuse to accept any
contributed content for any reason.
This website also reserves the right to deny any account for any
reason including fraudulent downloads, obscene materials and
material that depicts any person in an unfavorable light.
Right of Removal of Author's Content
This website reserves the right to remove any contributed content for any reason whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, content that we decide are not appropriate to this website, content that we believe constitutes privacy violations of anyone or anyone's property, and content that we deem unsuitable for this website.
Author's Payment
This website pays its authors based on the total licensed sales of
downloaded content that belong to an author in a particular month,
a commission fee of 40%.
An author's account will be updated in real time for each of said
author's content which get downloaded by a paid subscriber but the
total amount payable will only be shown latest by the 15th of
every month.
This website shall process all qualified payments by the 15th of
every month.
Qualified Payments and accompanying statements will be sent out on
monthly basis. Payments are automatic and do not need to be
requested.
Authors who contribute approved content to this website need to be
a registered member of Paypal.com, as payments due to authors by
this website will be made via said paypal.com
Minimum Payout Rates
The minimum payout during a pay period of paypal is US$50, but Authors should verify what that site's current pay-out structures entail.
Account Cancellations and Sums Remaining
If you cancel your account before you reach your minimum payout,
the amount will be forfeited.
All payments are made 2 weeks in arrears to the month in which
your payment limit is reached. For example,if by end of February
you have $100 worth of commissions, this website will pay you $100
latest by the 3rd week of March.
Pay periods are scheduled on the 3rd of each month. this website
reserves the right to modify the commission rate and/or payment
processing and/or payment delivery schedule at any time and notify
you by email of the change.
Customer Refunds and Adjustments
Downloads resulting from credit card chargeback and customer refunds will be removed from an author's earnings.
Fraudulent Downloads & Violations
You may not sign up for a subscription to this website and
download your own content.
You - or anybody in your immediate or extended family - may not
download your content for your profit.
An author will forfeit all earnings if said author is found to be
inflating downloads or abusing the system.
If an author's account is terminated for any reason, they must
obtain permission from this website to signup for another account.
Further violation will result in the permanent lifetime ban of the
author.
Non-Exclusivity and Exclusivity
Content which is accepted by this website, is submitted by an author on a non-exclusive basis - authors may submit content to other websites.
An exclusive agreement may be arranged with this website for a better commission. However, content which forms part of an exclusivity arrangement with this website, may not be made available to other parties
Indemnity
This website reserves the right to modify these terms at any time
and to notify you by email of the modifications.
This website will not be liable for any damages, including actual,
indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the
submission or use of your content.
Copyrights and Warranty
You agree to follow and adhere to this website's Content
Submission Guidelines. Repeated submissions of content that do not
meet the requirements and specifications as stated in the Design Guidelines may result in account termination.
You warrant that you are 18 years of age or over and have the
legal capacity to enter into and accept this agreement. By using
this site, and/or registering for an account, you warrant that you
are 18 years of age or older.
The copyrights to submitted content belong to the respective
authors - we are merely providing a platform to market and sell
them for such authors.
You warrant that you shall be responsible for any income and all
tax declarations as required in your country of residence. This
website shall not be held responsible for any tax issues
pertaining to commissions paid out to you.
Jurisdiction
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and
this website regarding its subject matter.
Should any provision of this Agreement be held to be void or invalid, that fact will not
affect any other provision, and the remainder of this Agreement
will be construed to most closely give effect to the parties'
intentions.
Failure by this website to enforce any provision of
this Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement
of that or any other provision.
The interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed according to international
treaty provisions and other applicable laws.
This Agreement was originally composed in English and if
subsequently translated into other languages, the fidelity of
subsequent translations cannot be guaranteed. In case of conflict
between the English version and another language version, the
English version takes precedence.
Grant of Authority
You hereby appoint this website as a non-exclusive Distributor to
license your Content to third parties within this website's scope
of business.
You grant this website the right to use, re-use, reproduce,
distribute, publish, republish, upload, post, transmit, print,
crop, package and publicly display Content to prospective
licensee's in whatever marketing media or promotional channel it
deems fit.
By signing up for a Content Contributor's account the Contributor (author) acknowledges to have read the Agreement, have understood it, had the opportunity to and have sought prior legal advice and agree to abide by and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as set forth in this Agreement.
